Cultural Audit

Every institution is different. Knowing and sharing the institutional culture that makes up these differences constitutes the development dynamic of the institution.

The Cultural Audit is a measurement to determine cultural subdivisions of institutions.

 The Cultural Audit Scale developed  by Prof. Dr. Ben (C) Fletcher focuses on determining the organizational culture of the people who are dominant within the organization, the perception of performance, motivation level, customer relations, subordinate relations, assignments between persons and units, institutional basic privileges, disagreements going down and up, different anticipations.

The Cultural Audit practice in law is given to Dr. İlhami Fındıkçı, in the framework post-doctoral research, by Prof. Dr. Ben (C) Fletcher. Pilot applications were carried out by translating and adapting the scale to Turkish in order to determine the cultural values ​​of some institutions in our country and successful results were obtained.

The Cultural Audit has been successfully implemented in many countries, especially in the UK, in institutions that are in the process of institutionalization and public offering.
